Carpet Cleaning

Squeaky Clean is dedicated
to providing the best solution for the job. Therefore we provide
different types of cleaning systems for carpets. All of these
solutions ultimately provide the same end result………….a
clean carpet. Each method has its’ own attributes that
are applicable in different situations. Below are listed each
system we use and how each of them works. Some of you out
there reading this have reserved thoughts about carpet cleaning
and the systems used. Most all systems work well and in many
cases if you have had issues with your carpet cleaning company…………as
the old saying goes………….sometimes it’s
the fiddler not the fiddle that causes the problems. Many
technicians and companies are more interested in their pocket book
then the quality of the job at hand. You WILL NOT run into
that problem with Totally Squeaky Clean.
First let us explain the proper ‘procedure’ for carpet cleaning:
Examine the carpet to determine the best cleaning solution for that given carpet.
In some cases “ultraviolet light” is used to determine certain soiling aspects of that carpet, typically pet urine. Another usage is to un-vial suspect ‘optical brightener’ usage.
Dry soil removal. A thorough vacuuming of the carpet to remove as much soil as possible.
Approaching and treating any stains that may exist in the carpet.
Application of pre-treatment.
Agitation of the pre-treatment into the carpet fiber
Dwell time. This gives the pre-treatment time to “do it’s thing” and release the soil from the carpet fiber.
Extraction of the pre-treatment and soil from the carpet and placing furniture items on blocks or plastic squares to prevent staining.
Air movement with air movers. Positioning air movers throughout the affected area to expedite the drying process.
If requested the application of stain blocker (we prescribe to the Scotch Guard brand)
Educating the customer in the best way to preserve the longevity of their clean carpet.
